It is no longer published. However, several state and university libraries have a microfiche copy of this publication. A microfiche copy was found at the State Library of Virginia. Both Auburn University and University of Georgia (Athens) indicate a microfiche copy of the publication via the institution’s Internet online card catalog. Your local library should be able to obtain the microfiche via interlibrary loan).
